MEMBERS
We are recruiting postdoctoral fellows and visiting scholars. Please contact Dr. Que (jq2240@cumc.columbia.edu)
01
Jianwen Que, MD (Peking University Health Science Center)
PhD (The National University of Singapore) Professor of Medicine
Email: jq2240@cumc.columbia.edu
02
02
Yinshan Fang, PhD (Nankai University) Postdoctoral Fellow
Dr. Fang studies lung regeneration fueled by stem and progenitor cells.
03
Shuzhen Xu MD (Xiamen University) Postdoctoral Fellow
Dr. Xu's research is focused on gastric stem cells and cancer.
04
Dominique Bailey, MD (Georgetown University) Assistant Professor
Dr. Bailey is a pediatrician who is particularly interested in developing mouse model of eosinophilic esophagitis. She studies how inflammatory signaling pathways are activated by extracellular stimuli during EoE initiation and progression. Email: ddb9003@nyp.org
05
Eugene Kim, PhD (University of Rochester) Postdoctoral Fellow
Eugene is interested in the cellular mechanisms driving separation of the esophagus from trachea. Abnormal separation results in the formation of the birth defect EA/TEF. Thus far she has examined multiple mouse models of EA/TEF and now use organ culture. Email: ek2932@cumc.columbia.edu
06
Xingliang Xiong, PhD, (Southeast University) Postdoctoral Fellow
Dr. Xiong is a bioinformatician focused on RNA seq and DNA seq analysis.
07
Xia Gao, MS (Fudan University) Senior Technical Associate
Xia is interested in transcription factors regulating cancer cell proliferation, especially in the esophagus. She is using cell culture combined with in vivo mouse models to test some new compounds that target cancer cells. She also assists other scientists in the lab.
08
Tala FNU, PhD, (Chinese Academy of Science) Associate Research Scientist
Dr. FNU is interested in how stem cell abnormalities contribute to lung diseases.
09
Jian Ge, PhD (Peking University) Associate Research Scientist
Jian studies the roles for esophageal stem cells in EoE pathogenesis.
10
Mi Lin, MD (Fujian Medical University) Postdoctoral Fellow
Dr. Lin's research is focused on gastric stem cells and cancer.
